Grupo Domis is a leading company in the urban development of Dominicus Bayahíbe, specializing in tourist residential projects. Founded in 2006, we stand out for our passion, commitment and respect for work and investors. In the last two years, we have sold hundreds of units, driving the growth of the area.

We are currently developing the Estrella Garden Village complex in the Dominicus Americanus sector, near the beach, which will include six apartment and townhouse projects with a clubhouse.

We also have the beachfront Emerald Cove resort and operate local businesses such as gift shops, restaurants and bars.

Domis Group is distinguished by its customer service in after-sales service and the continuous care of its works, maintaining a simple and accessible business culture.
